- Pay – all our salaries are very competitive, with even our lowest rate of pay being above the minimum wage. Our pay policy can be viewed here.
- Annual leave – we offer generous annual leave, dependent on your role and length of service, as well as 8 Bank Holidays
- Special leave – in certain circumstances special leave can be granted, with or without pay
- Maternity/adoption leave – up to 52 weeks’ leave, with pay for a specified period, depending on length of service and personal choice
- Paternity/adoption support leave – take up to 10 days’ leave with 5 days at full pay and 5 days statutory pay, or 90% of normal pay – whichever’s the lower
- Parental leave – take up to 4 weeks’ unpaid leave per year until your child’s 5th birthday (up to a maximum of 13 weeks). If your child is disabled, this is available until they reach 18.
- Audits – we hold annual pay audits to ensure equality within all of our pay structures
- Overtime – we pay overtime for any out-of-hours or weekend working, where it’s not part of your job
- Sick pay – should you become ill, and with proper documentation, we’ll pay up to 6 months’ sick pay on full salary, dependent upon your length of service
- Relocation – in some cases we may offer relocation assistance if you’re moving to Barnsley to join us
